HoneyBee Bakery How It Started and Where We are now.

Hey, I'm Vittoria and I have always adored baking from a young age.

I knew I wanted to become a baker so at 18 I moved to London where I studied at The National bakery school.

While there I also trained with high-profile bakeries such as Fortnum & Masons and Konditor & Cook. In 2015, I returned home and that passion for baking developed by starting to make cake orders for family and friends.

It was then I decided to open The Honeybee Bakery. 

With crazy early starts and late nights getting prepared to fill up tomorrow's counter, we're now 6 years on with an incredible team to help me keep up with everyone's cake needs. 

I started the bakery working on our own line of products that are not only beautiful but are also delicious.
