Delivery Policy and Refund Policy

Orders are baked fresh daily Monday to Saturday and sent out using Hermes 2 Day delivery service.
90% of parcels will arrive the following day/two days, however according to Hermes, 2 day delivery can take up to 3 days (although in our experience we expect delivery to be no longer than 2 days).
Please allow until the third day post dispatch before contacting us.
Please note that for now the UK wide postal service is for the donut, blondie and brownie boxes only.
All cake orders require a deposit to be paid in order to book in.
Deposits are normally 50% of the total cake cost.
Deposits can be paid instore, bank transfer or over the phone.
In the unusual event of cancellation we would be happy to refund any outstanding payment on the cake order minus the non refundable deposit. This covers the cost of our ingredient order, planning, messages and order time and any tools/ equipment we have had to purchase to create your order.
In order for the above to take place we require at least 1 weeks notice prior to the collection date. In certain circumstances we can move deposits to a new date for a different order.
